General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the rajabaji platform and all services associated with it. By accessing the site, opening an account, or using any gaming or betting service, you automatically agree to these terms. These terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

Eligibility and Age Requirement
To open an account on rajabaji and participate in any casino or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years of age. This age limit is strictly enforced. If required, you may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate) for age verification.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to a mobile banking account registered in your name — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
4.1 Verification Process
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before large withdrawals. In such cases, a scanned copy of your National ID card and proof that your registered name matches your mobile banking account may be requested. If verification is delayed, the withdrawal process may also be delayed.
Bonuses and Promotions
rajabaji offers new members a welcome bonus of 100% on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The bonus becomes withdrawable after wagering 10 times the bonus amount.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.
- Once a bonus has been claimed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Each bonus has its own validity period and terms — these will be communicated at the time the bonus is received.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being cancelled.
5.1 VIP Cashback Programme
rajabaji's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides cashback on weekly net losses — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum. In any dispute regarding cashback, rajabaji's decision will be considered final.
Betting and Gaming Policy
rajabaji offers betting across sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and many other categories. Each game's own rules and RTP information apply.
6.1 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market, and are displayed within the game interface. Any bet placed in violation of these limits will be automatically cancelled.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game or bet is interrupted due to server issues, network disconnection, or a game engine fault, rajabaji will attempt to resolve the matter through reasonable measures. However, the outcome of a bet affected by a technical error will not be treated as final, and a decision will be made based on the circumstances.
6.3 Sports Betting
For bets placed on live matches, odds may change at any time. If the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet change before confirmation, the system will automatically determine whether the bet is accepted at the new odds. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets on that event will be voided and the original stake will be refunded.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rajabaji platform. rajabaji reserves the right to immediately close any account involved in such activities and to withhold the associated balance:
- Bonus abuse or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts.
- Conducting transactions using third-party mobile banking accounts or another person's funds.
- Any form of money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Using hacking, bots, or automated software to gain an advantage in games or the betting system.
- Collecting other members' account details or attempting to access their accounts.
- Attempting to manipulate or alter the platform's gaming systems in any way.
- Operating an account from an area where casino or betting services are legally prohibited.
Account Suspension and Closure
rajabaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account if any clause of these terms is violated or for reasonable cause. An attempt will be made to notify the relevant member by email before suspension or closure, however in urgent situations action may be taken without prior notice.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
If a member wishes to close their account, they may submit a request via live chat or email. All withdrawable balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed. If self-exclusion is requested for responsible gaming reasons, this can also be arranged through the support team.
Responsible Gaming
